It took a while, but finally the release of Christon’s soloalbum is coming closer! This morning he released his first single ‘S.O.S. Warning’ accompanied by a great video. The single is a beautiful precursor of the upcoming album ‘Towns&Cities’, which will be released soon.
Christon is a multi-instrumentalist who uses a self-built loopstation which connects all his instruments together. Go check it out yourself.
The Common Linnets will release their second album called ‘II’ in the United Kingdom by DECCA Records. From the 18th of March ‘II’ will be available throughout the UK. As of now it’s already available for pre-order from Amazon and iTunes.
Ed Stuijlaart played live at DWDD yesterday evening. The singer-songwriter, who was asked last-minute, performed ‘Tricks Up My Sleeve’.
Haty Haty played live at De Wereld Draait Door on Thursday evening. The duo, consisting of Blaudzun and David Douglas, performed ‘Parakeet’.
Orange Skyline is nominated for an Edison Award in the category Rock. The Edisons are one of the oldest music-awards in the world. The winners will be handed their award on March 21 at the Harbour Club in Amsterdam.
