‘Calm After The Storm’ by the Common Linnets took the title of the UK’s highest charting Eurovision single of 2014. The song entered the Top 10 of the Official Single Chart at number 9.
The Common Linnets received a Platinum award on Friday for sales exceeding 50,000 for their self titled debut album.

The Common Linnets received 238 points in the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest final and finished second, after the Austrian winner Conchita Wurst.
‘Calm After The Storm’ by The Common Linnets was the most downloaded song in the Dutch iTunes store last week, and therefor the new number 1 in the iTunes Top 30.
